I was so sad that day.
I was practicing wiggles, kept this small cup with a wiggled heart on it next to me- hidden between the grinder and the coffee machine- bc I kinda liked it. And I'm trying to focus but the sadness grows, I can't ignore it. I need to do something... can't step away, it's rush hour. Finally, I do the only thing that makes sense and "breaks" the heart.
It felt good. It always feels good to be able to explain a feeling, doesn't it?
